customer service was amazin, super friendly n smiley! room was clean n comfy, 1 of the best beds I've slept in. shower was powerful and easy to use, no fuss at all. perfect location with shops close by and the whitgift centre just across the road.

the only downside was that the parking can be tricky. also, there were some people hangin around the entrances which was a bit weird.

Just a prime choice for a flash stay in Croydon with outstanding value. The staff member at reception was super friendly and made us feel at home. Consider asking for a room on a higher floor to limit street noise.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and close to various restaurants and shops. The room was spotless, providing a great night’s sleep on a comfortable bed. Although breakfast had some issues with missing items and dirty tables, the staff worked diligently to keep everything running. During check-in, it was disappointing to find out I overpaid for my stay due to dynamic pricing. if I'd booked later, I would have saved £30.

I loved relaxing by the pool after a long day exploring the city. The gym was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped! The whole family enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning and the kids particularly liked the variety of pastries available. Just a heads up, I wish they had a few more options for tea in the room, but overall we had a fantastic stay! 😊

Despite the excellent foyer, the quality sharply drops after stepping into the room. Decor lacks personality, feeling bland and uninspired, while the plumbing produces loud noises, possibly from the room above. Carpets show signs of wear with stains, and wallpaper is peeling, presenting a less than luxurious experience for a four-star hotel. While cleanliness was evident, the overall ambiance leaves much to be desired, making it feel more like a budget offering rather than a premium experience.

The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. They arranged for our group to stay on the same floor, which made our event much more enjoyable.

Had a fab time exploring local digs like Uncle Lim's Kitchen—proper vibes! Also, the breakfast was decent and got me fueled up for the day. Plus, the staff was super friendly, which always makes a stay better!

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Southbank Centre for some culture and checked out the fun at Woodside Leisure Park. The rooms were clean and comfy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Make sure to ask about the coffee and tea tray! Really good location, close to shops and parks.

Our room had a few issues. the toilet didn’t work well. Despite asking for help, it took a while for someone to check on it. A bit disappointing, but the staff were friendly overall.
